We need visitors to arrive early for their tour so that staff can validate tickets and conduct essential health and safety procedures. \nFailure to arrive on time will result in losing your space on the tour. No refunds will be given under these circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. \nPlease note that the Abbey closes for visiting at 5:30pm. If you have booked the 5pm tour and would like to explore the rest of the Abbey\, please arrive at least one hour before your scheduled tour. \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION: \n\nFor visitor and Abbey safety we do not permit bags being taken up the tower\, you are welcome to leave personal belongings on the hooks provided\, which are locked inside the tower stairwell.\nChildren under 5 will not be permitted to take part in the tour. Children aged between 5 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult.\nDue to the nature of this tour\, it may not be suitable for those who suffer from poor mobility\, claustrophobia\, vertigo or general ill health or those further along in pregnancy. If you fall into any of these categories\, please contact us for further information.\nSensible footwear and clothing must be worn. DESCRIPTION:Tickets available online HERE \nWiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance will be hosting a special Carols in the Abbey event leading up to Christmas. \nThe festivities will include carols sung by the celebrated City of Bath Male Choir and the brilliant Chloe Jordan\, as well as some festive readings from critical care paramedics and ambassadors. \nThis year the 2025 Bath Carol service will be hosted by Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance ambassador and star of BBC’s Flog It Paul Martin. \nThe event takes place on Thursday 11 December\, with doors opening at 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start. \nWiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance would like to say a special thank you to our event sponsors: Goodman Nash\, Barnes Coaches and Westek Technology.
