We need visitors to arrive early for their tour so that staff can validate tickets and conduct essential health and safety procedures. \nFailure to arrive on time will result in losing your space on the tour. No refunds will be given under these circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. \nPlease note that the Abbey closes for visiting at 5:30pm. If you have booked the 5pm tour and would like to explore the rest of the Abbey\, please arrive at least one hour before your scheduled tour. \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION: \n\nFor visitor and Abbey safety we do not permit bags being taken up the tower\, you are welcome to leave personal belongings on the hooks provided\, which are locked inside the tower stairwell.\nChildren under 5 will not be permitted to take part in the tour. Children aged between 5 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult.\nDue to the nature of this tour\, it may not be suitable for those who suffer from poor mobility\, claustrophobia\, vertigo or general ill health or those further along in pregnancy.
