Are You A Direct Manufacturer Or Trading Company?
Yuson started with a trading company at the first beginning, as we know how important is the production, we invested in 3
manufacturing plants for our key products' production, faucet products, shower products and also ceramic sanitary wares in different locations of China. At the same time, we also trade many bathroom and kitchen products to meet with our clients' various inquiries.

What Products Can You Offer?
Products of faucets, shower products, ceramic sanitary, and also bathroom accessories, bathroom furnitures are our main products.

Can You Do Customized Products?
Yes, we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers’ drawings or samples.
How Many Employees Of Your Comany? What About The Technicians?
There are around 170 employees in our Taizhou plant, and 8 technicians included;
There are around 30 employees in our Cixi plant, and 2 technicians included;
There are around 210 employees in our Chaozhou plant, and 10 technicians included;

How To Guarantee The Quality Of Your Goods?
Firstly, we are ISO9001 certified, and we do inspections after every processes. For the finished products, we will do 100%
inspection according to the customers’ requirements and the international standard. And we also arrange Pre-Shipment Inspection by random before delivery.
Secondly, we have our own testing labs and the most advanced and complete inspection equipments, such as spectrum analyzer, salt spray test equipment, life test instrument, composition analysis instrument etc, to meet overall inspection requirements.

What Would You Do On Quality Claims?
Yuson is a responsible and trustworthy company who respect his name and brand so much. We treat our company's reputation as the most important asset.
Once you receive the goods and find quality problems, please try to provide us as many pictures or video as possible to show how is the problem. We will analyze on it and to find out what isthe problems, and to make sure it is an individual problem or a batch problem.
At the same time, we will activate our internal correction and prevention mechanism to analyze the cause and provide solutions. Usually, we will give you a reply within 3 working days. And Yuson will always take his responsibility.

What Is Your Payment Terms?
When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.
For regular orders, we accept 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading by T/T. And by irrevocable L/C will also be acceptable.

How To Deliver The Goods To Us?
Usually we will ship the goods to you by sea, which is the most convenient and economical delivery.
Of course, if you are in urgent, we can also arrange delivery by air, obviously, it is much high cost.
If you are in Europe, by train will be a compromised choice between by sea and by air, cost less than by air, 2 weeks faster than by sea.

Where Are Your Main Markets?
Our products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Asia and also Africa countries. Such as Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Spain from Europe, and USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina from America, and also South Africa, Thailand, Philippines etc.
